MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT

Our Maintenance Agreement covers two visits per year (cooling visit and heating visit)

and includes a 15% discount on HVAC services & repairs while the plan is active.

 

The Maintenance Agreement is $200 per year for ONE system.

Examples of work completed on these visits:

  • Breakdown outdoor unit & thoroughly clean coils

  • Check refrigerant levels

  • Check motors & amps

  • Tighten high & low voltage wiring

  • Clean drain lines

  • Leak search

  • Inspect ductwork condition

  • Clean indoor coil

  • Clean off blower wheel

  • Check all capacitors

  • Clean condensate pump (if applicable)

  • Check overall working condition

Have more than one system? No problem!

Add an additional system to your HVAC Maintenance Plan for just $125.00 per system.
